Rental Terms

​Included in the Rental Price​
Age limit for credit card holders, from 21 to 70 years old and non-holders from 25 to 70 years old.
The driver must have held a license for at least one year.
One day (24 hours). After (29) minutes have passed since the completion of the 24-hour rental, an additional one-day fee will be charged.

All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the tenant.

Renters of Gobros cars are insured against fire and third party liability for death and bodily injury.

CDW is included in the rental cost and defines the maximum amount of liability of the renter in:

  • €600 for categories A, B, C
  • €800 for categories D, K, M
  • €1,000 for categories F

 

The renter, if he wishes, can choose SCDW insurance to reduce the amount of the exemption in the event of an accident to €0 (zero) by paying the daily amount of:

  • 15€ for categories A, B, C
  • 25€ for categories D,  K, M
  • 30€ for categories F

Note: Damage to the underside of the car, wheels and windows is not covered.

Gobros bears no responsibility for anyone who drives under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causes intentional damage, drives off-road, drives without the required care and attention, or for damages due to negligence and violation of the Road Traffic Code.

The customer assumes full responsibility in the event of such claims.

7,00+VAT

The customer must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had upon pickup.
The 2nd driver is not charged.
Delivery and pickup at the airport and port of Mytilene is free from 07:00 to 22:00.
The company reserves the right to change the type of car in special cases.
Only with prior written approval from Gobros.
Free cancellation is valid up to 7 days before the scheduled date and time of vehicle pick-up. In case of cancellation 3-7 days before the scheduled date and time of vehicle pick-up, the company has the right to charge 50% of the reservation amount. In case of cancellation within the last 48 hours or no-show for vehicle pick-up, the company has the right to cancel the reservation and charge 100% of the rental amount.
